Bet on the Kentucky Derby

Sidney's Candy going in at 30 to 1 on the future bets for the Kentucky Derby. When you look at the top bets. The three or four under 15 to 1 they all have the same running style. Drop back at the break and surge to finish. A horse is prey. They feel comfortable running with the pack. They feel even better about passing the pack one by one. When the field allows them to run this way these horse run their best race. It is not natural for a prey to stand out in front of the herd. This is actually damn near is dangerous as trailing the herd. When a horse like Sidney's Candy breaks great and surges without passing any horses. This is unnatural for a horse. But if you are that much better than the rest what can you do? When Sidney's Candy runs against better horses. He will have the opportunity to run a better style. A style more natural. A style which he will naturally run FASTER.

Folks are loading up on the wrong horse. They are going after horses that did their best and will run poorer in the Kentucky Derby. We have yet to see Sidney's Candy's best time.
